Service Description

This class is a mixed age class with members as young as 7 right up to 18 years. As this club is located within a Cross Fit gym we have the added benefit of using all the cross fit equipment when running our classes. It is this set up that enables the class age group to be mixed, quite often this class will be split in half with one half on the mat doing judo while the other half do cardio/weight training off the mat. Parents also have the benefit of sitting in the cafe area at the front of the building while their children train.
